Refund policy


As a customer-centric company, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. We do so by assuring that our products are protected against any shortcomings in manufacturing. In any case we fail to provide you with contentment with our services, we also enable the exchange or return policy.

Return/exchanges:

Products can be returned within 15 days after the order has been delivered.

To access our return policy:

> Go to our website>orders.

> Enter your contact number or order ID.

Make sure you upload a minimum of 2 photographs of the product for us to check what condition the product is in.

Conditions in which return policy does not apply:

> Return or exchange request being made without uploading the item's photographs.

> Return or exchange request being made within 15 days from date of delivery.

Please note, the request will be monitored by our team to check whether it meets all our requirements, failing which, the return will be nullified. Also, the cost of logistics and handling is to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the Comfitoes team. Failing which, the product will not be shipped.

Products not eligible for return:

> Products returned without the original packaging and tags.

> Products that have been deteriorated.

Please note, we reserve the right to ask you for the item's photographs if required for the further process.

 

  1. REFUND 

    1. How will I receive my refund?
    • Refund's will be processed within 10-12 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request. 
    • All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account/method or via comfitoes wallet i.e., the coupon code to be used on the website with 1 year expiration date. 
    • All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request or via comfitoes wallet i.e., the coupon code to be used on the website with 1 year expiration date. 
    Note: - Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
